Chartered Marketer status is awarded by the Chartered Institute of Marketing in recognition of achievement in practical experience and expertise. It can only be held by Full Members (MCIM) or Fellows (FCIM) who complete the required Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in a calendar year.
A Task Force was appointed by The Chartered Institute of Marketing Sri Lanka Region to address the issues that restrict the recognition of Chartered Marketers as professionals with the right skills to be in the “Driving Seat” of Sri Lankan companies and inhibit their development towards achieving their rightful place in the corporate world
